As somebody who thoroughly enjoyed Grindhouse, I can proudly and unironically say that this movie is going to be completely fucking awesome and badass.No, really. I am thoroughly going to enjoy this movie, provided that it doesn’t turn out to be a huge letdown like Bubba Ho-Tep was*.

*The movie was about Bruce Campbell, playing an old Elvis, who fights mummies alongside black JFK. On paper, this would have been so incredibly cool that it threatened to tear the universe apart with its epicness. Unfortunately, it was boring, unfunny, and anticlimactic, and I completely regret buying the limited-edition DVD (complete with novelty mini Elvis jacket).
